Terms and Conditions

In short: your projects stay yours. Points in the Wallet are not money and cannot be cashed out. An invoice is an agreement between you and your client — Fixinema takes no commission and never holds the money.

1About this service

Fixinema is operated by CV Fixinema Media Kreasi, based in Yogyakarta. This service is a place for Indonesian production professionals to show projects, be found, and be invited to work.

2Your account

One person, one account. Fill in your details honestly and look after your own password — everything that happens through your account is your responsibility.

4Points and the Wallet

Points are not money. Points have no exchange value, cannot be cashed out, cannot be transferred to a bank account, and cannot be used to pay anyone. We may reclaim points obtained by unreasonable means.

5Invoices and payment

An invoice is an agreement between you and your client. Fixinema is not a party to it, does not hold the money, does not forward the payment, and takes no commission. If there is a payment dispute, it is settled between you and your client.

6Jobs and applications

We do not guarantee that a job posting is real, we do not vet whoever posted it, and we do not guarantee that anyone is hired. Use your own judgement before agreeing to work.

7What is not allowed

Uploading projects that are not yours, harassing other people, creating fake accounts, scraping platform data automatically, and using Fixinema to sell things unrelated to film work.

8Ending an account

You can delete your account at any time. Invoices already issued are kept as proof of a transaction belonging to the other party. We may deactivate an account that breaks these rules.

9Changes to these terms

These terms may change. We announce important changes by email and on this page, and the date at the top is updated with them.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled in Yogyakarta.
