In short: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity run only if you allow them. We sell nobody's data. Clarity only runs on marketing and blog pages, with all content masked.
1Who we are
Fixinema is operated by CV Fixinema Media Kreasi, based in Yogyakarta. We decide what data is collected through this service and what it is used for.
2Data you give us
Your name, email address, and password when you register. The password is stored hashed, not as written.
Then whatever you fill in yourself: handle, headline, bio, photo, city, day rate, roles, tools, links, the projects you upload, the messages you send, and the applications you submit.
3If you sign in with Google
Google gives us your name, email address, and profile photo. We never receive your Google password, and cannot read anything in your Google account beyond those three things.
4Data collected automatically
When you sign in, your session stores the IP address and browser type used, so we can recognise a suspicious session.
We also record search keywords without storing who typed them, to learn which regions and roles have nobody in them yet.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives the type of page opened, visit time, device and browser type, and approximate region. Page paths are generalised and query strings are removed so handles, tokens, invoice numbers, message ids, and anything you enter are not sent.
Meta Pixel receives visits to marketing pages, visit time, page and referrer addresses, and device and browser information to measure and target promotions. The Pixel does not record PageView on authentication, profiles, projects, messages, onboarding, or invoices. During onboarding, it only sends CompleteRegistration after registration succeeds. On a profile, personal site, work, search, or job page, it only sends Lead after a work request is successfully saved. Neither event carries a name, email, handle, form contents, budget, or object id. Automatic form and button tracking is disabled. With the same analytics permission, Fixinema stores campaign source, medium, campaign name, first route, referring domain, and creator or client intent for up to 30 days on the device, then links it to the account when onboarding opens. We do not store click IDs or full referrer URLs for this attribution.
Microsoft Clarity receives click and scroll interactions only on marketing and blog pages to help us find UI friction. Clarity is not loaded on authentication, profiles, projects, messages, onboarding, invoices, or dashboards. Every recorded page DOM is strictly masked before the script loads, and we do not send account identities to Clarity.
5Other people's data that you give us
When you issue an invoice, you enter your client's name and email. That data belongs to someone else, and it is your responsibility to make sure you may give it to us. We use it only to send the payment confirmation link, for nothing else.
6What we do not collect
We do not record who views profiles or projects and do not send names, emails, handles, tokens, or message contents to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Microsoft Clarity. Analytics stays disabled until you consent; Google Signals, Google ad personalisation, Meta advanced matching, and automatic form and button tracking are disabled. Meta may associate Pixel cookies with a Meta account under its own policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade anyone's data.
7Cookies
Functional cookies maintain your login session, carry an invitation code through registration, and remember language and workspace choices. `fx_analytics_v3` stores your consent choice for Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Because Clarity is newly added, earlier consent is not reused and you will be asked again. Only if you agree, Google Analytics may set `_ga`; Meta Pixel may set `_fbp` and, after a Meta ad click, `_fbc`; Clarity may set `_clck` and `_clsk` only on marketing/blog pages to connect consented visits. Declining does not restrict Fixinema's core features.
To keep the service reliable, Fixinema records the browser error class, failed asset type, and a generalised page-route pattern in first-party Cloudflare logs. These records do not include error messages, stack traces, raw URLs, form contents, names, email addresses, handles, or user agents, and they do not use cookies.
8Where your data is stored
Service data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, and project files are stored on servers in the Asia-Pacific region. If you allow analytics, usage data is processed by Google, Meta, and Microsoft and may be processed in other countries. This means data leaves Indonesian territory.
9Your rights over your data
You can see and correct your data at any time from the Settings page. You can delete your account, and that deletion is permanent.
One exception: invoices you have already issued are kept, because those documents also belong to your client as proof of a transaction.
